Assembly for ART

The Assembly for Art is non profit organization that is founded on the belief that collaboration fuels artistic innovation. Collectiveness and mutual support is important in order to achieve individual goals.

 

By establishing TAFA, we envisioned a partnership and long-term collaborations where large-scale artworks, ambitious artistic projects, and interdisciplinary creative endeavors are made possible through collective effort. By bringing together artists, biennials, foundations, organizations, institutions and individual cultural partners, we foster a sustainable ecosystem for artistic creation, ensuring that bold and transformative works can be realized and shared with diverse audiences.

 

Assembly for Art is a platform dedicated to co-producing and supporting large-scale artworks, film programs, music, performances, and educational initiatives. We work towards environmentally responsible production methods and advocate for sustainable practices in art-making. Large-scale artworks demand substantial resources, and their realization often exceeds the capacity of individual artists or institutions. We stand as a collective force, enabling co-production by: pooling resources from institutions and cultural organizations as well as different funding possibilities; creating opportunities for institutions to commission installations through cooperative support structures.
